The Executive Leadership Programme is uniquely designed to strengthen these two critical executive capabilities – leadership and strategic impact.
By undertaking the Executive Leadership Programme, you will transition from executive to leader to strategic leader.

WHO IS THE EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME FOR?
The Executive Leadership Programme is a 26-week programme featuring ten expert-led sessions and three personal executive coaching sessions specifically designed for;
Executives wanting to successfully transition to a new role.
Experienced Executives wanting to develop their leadership and strategic capability.
New CEO’s wanting to reset and refresh their perspective on their role and organisation.
Senior leaders preparing for Executive roles as part of succession planning.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME?
The Executive Leadership Programme is a 26-week programme featuring ten expert-led sessions and three executive coaching sessions:

Understand your natural strengths as a leader and how others’ strengths can complement yours. Grow your self-awareness and understand the importance of self regulation and resilience. Understand the impact that you may have on others.
Between Sessions 1 and 2 you will undertake a 360-degree feedback, and debrief this with your executive coach. Together with the insights from Session 1, set your leadership development goals for the Programme.

Understand the benefits and develop the skills to empower and grow the people you lead by taking a coaching approach to your leadership to positively impact accountability and performance. Understand how the energy you bring is a key enabler or disabler of your influence and impact.
Between Sessions 2 and 3 you will undertake a 360-degree feedback.

This session equips participants to build a resilient culture, harness influence, and drive engagement for peak performance. Explore what a default culture is, the power of influence over authority, and why engagement is about purpose, not perks. By fostering trust and aligning people with meaningful work, they’ll leave with practical strategies to sustain a high-performing organization.

Understand the role of Boards and/or Owners as they guide, over see and support the development and execution of organizational strategy while balancing compliance and accountability. Understand the obligations and impact of governance on the role of the CEO to skilfully align, support and influence.

Understand how to think and act strategically to enhance strategic influence, planning and impact. Understand the importance of taking a systems perspective, having a clear strategic intent, being open to new ideas and perspectives, connecting the past, present and future and the iterative testing of, and learning from, strategic initiatives as they are implemented. View strategy through the lens of time horizons.
After Session 5, you will undertake your second executive coaching session to review progress towards your goals and distil insights from your learning that you can apply in your workplace.

Understand the unstoppable strategically significant geo-political and technological forces reshaping the world of business today including AI, data sovereignty, cybersecurity and social media. Learn how to adapt to ambiguity, complexity and rapid change.
Between Sessions 2 and 3 you will undertake a 360-degree feedback.

Understand the value of having Te ao Māori concepts and values embedded in your organization’s strategy. Appreciate how competency in cultural practices can help lift your mana as a leader and help you connect with others to deliver commercial, brand and stakeholder value.

Understand the capability of AI today, the latest technologies available and the potential impact on your organisation. Discover why, where and how to leverage AI so you can develop an AI Roadmap. Understand how to manage the risks and limitations to ensure successful implementation.

Most strategies fail on implementation. Understand the key points of failure to avoid and develop the knowledge to implement strategy successfully by aligning and integrating everything your organisation does, ensuring your organisation has the right competencies and culture to execute, and effectively manage change.
Between Sessions 9 and 10 you will undertake your final executive coaching session to distil your insights and learning to set goals for your future as a leader.

WHAT DOES IT COST?
This 6-month Programme is $14,950 + GST. This includes executive coaching and assessments.

PEER LEARNING AT ITS MOST POWERFUL
Stimulating, dynamic and interactive peer learning enables participants to distil what they have heard from industry experts, share experiences, hear from others, and then apply the insights to their own leadership context – for the benefit of you, your people, and your business.
A FOCUS ON TURNING INSIGHTS TO ACTION
Our process focuses on turning the insights gained by participants into tangible business outcomes. Each session will conclude with participants reflecting on what they have learnt from the session and identifying what actions they intend to take as a result. In the subsequent session, participants will be held accountable by sharing the progress on their actions and the impact those actions are having. This process is reinforced through the personal executive coaching sessions. As the sponsor of your participants, you can expect to see a positive impact and a clear, tangible, return on your investment.
WORLD-CLASS EXECUTIVE COACHING
Participants will have three one-hour one-on-one executive coaching sessions at the beginning, middle, and end of the programme to ensure they get the most from their professional development experience and apply what they learn to their own leadership and strategic organisational context.
A FORMAT BUILT AROUND YOUR LIFE AND WORK COMMITMENTS
Over 26 weeks, participants will attend ten scheduled half-day expert-led, peer learning sessions and three one-hour one-on-one executive coaching sessions via Teams at a time that suits. This enables participants to fit the Executive Leadership Programme in and around their existing life and work commitments and apply the learning progressively in real time during and beyond the programme. Pre-work is kept to a minimum, and there are no assessed projects or extensive reading required.
TWO FORMATS, SAME CONTENT
Our face-to-face programme format is delivered in Auckland. For those outside Auckland who are unable to commit to regular travel, we intend to introduce a hybrid programme that mixes face-to-face and online virtual classroom delivery.
