Your role, experience and business are considered alongside the existing group, including any potential commercial conflicts.

Each Business Leader Group has an experienced Chair who understands what it takes to lead at this level.
They curate the speakers, facilitate the discussion, understand the dynamics of the group and create the conditions for honest conversation and reflection.

Business Leader Groups are for Chief Executives and experienced senior business leaders, including Business Owners, Managing Directors, Country Managers, General Managers and Division Heads.
Prospective members are considered based on their role, experience and fit with the existing group, including what they’ll bring to the group and what they’ll gain from it.

Yes. Trust and confidentiality are fundamental to the group, giving members the freedom to talk openly about the business and leadership challenges they’re working through.

Meetings are designed to be face-to-face. In cases of sickness or travel, members can request to attend via video conference with approval from their Business Leader Group Chair.

There is no joining fee. New members initially commit for three months. After that, your membership can be cancelled with one month’s written notice.

The investment is $9,420 + GST, annually. Payable monthly over 12 months, or quarterly.

Yes. Weave holds events throughout the year that bring members from across the wider community together.
