We offer a regular and structured commitment to your continued professional and leadership development for the benefit of your business. You will be placed in a Business Leader Group with up to 15 CEOs and Business Leaders that meet monthly. We offer interactive learning with your peers, mentoring, and support in a professional and confidential environment under the facilitation and bespoke guidance of knowledgeable Chairs experienced in this powerful small group format. The intimate group size allows for interaction, discussion, and debate within their own environments of mutual trust and confidence.
INTERACTIVE LEARNING
Weave® facilitates an interactive learning environment. We are offering you the opportunity to reflect on and share your insights into everyday business, economic and leadership issues and challenges, and gain from the knowledge sharing of your peers. We create the opportunity for you to meet people in the same position as yourself and learn from their experience to enable you to gain practical advice which can lift the performance and success of your business.
SPEAKERS PROGRAMME
Every meeting you will have access to leading expert speakers who will provide you insights, direction and inspiration for improvements in your business. We organise and facilitate a regular programme of carefully selected speakers to discuss relevant business topics in our Business Leader Groups. Chairs work with the needs and goals of their Leadership Group in mind to organise bespoke sessions and speakers based on the interests, concerns, and issues shared within each Leadership Group. You are in control and will get to influence the topics discussed and shape the sessions through your input.
PEER ENGAGEMENT
The role at the top can be very isolating and we recognise all business leaders are individuals but there are many common elements within the most senior role. Weave® enables the individual to share some of the isolation with a trusted group of like-minded leaders to challenge ideas and provide advice and support. There is the opportunity to debate and discuss shared common experiences in the safety and confines of a carefully selected, intimate group of non-competing peers.
NETWORKING
Extend your business and personal network. Form trusted relationships within your group and meet and engage with the wider Weave® community in regular events throughout the year. These events are a mixture of informal networking occasions and more formal gatherings with speakers.

Weave® is a community of select CEOs and Senior Business Leaders. Membership includes Business Owners, Managing Directors, Country Managers, General Managers, and Division Heads. Prospective members are assessed for compatibility with existing Business Leader Groups based on skills, experience, and responsibilities to ensure a good fit for both the member and the group.

There is no joining fee for Weave® Membership. Members commit to a three-month period upon joining and pay membership fees for this duration. After that, members can resign with one month’s notice in writing.

Yes. Along with monthly Business Leader Group meetings, Weave® offers social networking events for all members.

Business Leader Group Meetings are scheduled annually and typically held between 7:30 AM and 11:00 AM once a month.

There are no lengthy forms or upfront payments required. Once a membership offer is accepted, new members provide basic personal and business information via an electronic form, followed by a short veto process with the Business Leader Group Chair and members to ensure no conflicts. Membership is confirmed after this process.

Meetings are designed to be face-to-face, but in cases of sickness or travel, members may apply to attend via video conference with approval from the Business Leader Group Chair.
